Self-Care is defined as: deliberately taking care of your wellbeing through restoring activities. This can occur through 5 dimensions: Physical, Social, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual.
Mindfulness is an approach to our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment with non-judgment, acceptance, and compassion. It avoids interpretation, judgment, or reactivity. Mindfulness can be used as a therapeutic technique and can also be adopted as a way living.
